Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and our scheduling commitments, please review the following policy for online consultations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full consultation fee. No-shows are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty or additional fee. Rescheduling requests made within the 24 hours of the appointment are treated as cancellations and will result in the consultation fee being charged. This policy ensures appointment availability for all clients and protects the time reserved specifically for you.
