All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Voloura LLC are final sale.
Because each item is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Custom Work Repairs

While returns are not accepted, custom items may be eligible for repair.

Repairs are offered under the following conditions:

  • Repairs are completed at an hourly rate

  • Additional material or product costs may apply

  • Repair availability depends on the condition of the item and the type of damage

  • All repair requests must receive approval before work begins

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending items to and from Voloura LLC for repair services.

Shipping Issues

Voloura LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
If an item is damaged or lost during transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
