Processing & Production Time

All Voloura creations are handcrafted and customized with attention to detail.

  • Typical project completion time is 3 weeks from the date the order and all required design information are received.

  • Larger or more complex custom projects may require additional time. If so, Voloura will communicate updated timelines before work begins.

Local Pickup

  • We provide local pickup as an option in Springfield, MO.

​

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order is completed and packaged, it will ship using the method selected at checkout.

  • Standard shipping timelines apply and vary by carrier.

  • Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Voloura.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item type, destination, and selected service.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Voloura LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If an item arrives damaged, please contact Voloura within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist with a carrier claim.
For lost packages, Voloura will help initiate a claim with the carrier, but resolution is subject to carrier policies.

International Shipping

At this time, Voloura ships within the United States only.
