Voloura LLC operates in two distinct but connected ways.

First—and at the heart of Voloura—is custom client work. These projects are created in collaboration with clients who are looking for something truly personal. Whether the piece is meant to be worn, displayed, or gifted; custom work is designed to reflect your vision, the moment it represents, and how you want it to be experienced. Each custom project is made to order and crafted with intention to create a one-of-a-kind result. To this end, all custom work begins with a virtual consultation.

Second, we focus on wedding and wedding venue items, allowing us to have meaningful, face-to-face interactions within an industry that truly values custom craftsmanship. For this reason, we offer a curated selection of ready-to-purchase inventory that can be sold both in person and online. These pieces are thoughtfully designed and do not require specialty ordering or additional customization, making them ideal for events, gifting, and immediate purchase.​

What is the first step to starting a custom piece?


Every project begins with a 30-minute virtual consultation. This session is $25 and is applied directly to your final cost if you move forward. It gives us dedicated time to explore your ideas, the meaning behind the piece, materials, colors, and the canvas item you’d like transformed.

Why is there a fee for the consultation?

Custom work requires focus, time, and intentional planning. The fee ensures your time is valued and allows me to give each client the attention they deserve. It also becomes part of your final total if you proceed.

Is the consultation required for every project?

Yes. This ensures we’re aligned creatively before any design or material work begins.

How does pricing work for a custom piece?

Pricing depends on the canvas item (jacket, shoes, hat, sculpture, décor piece, etc.), the level of detail, and the type of crystals used. Because every project is unique, a personalized quote is given after the consultation.

Are crystals high-quality?

Absolutely. All crystals and glass rhinestones used are high-end and selected intentionally for clarity, brilliance, and luxury. We can adjust materials to suit a range of budgets while maintaining premium quality.

Do I need to provide the item being customized?

You can either provide your own canvas piece or have me source one for you. The cost of sourcing the canvas piece is not included in general quotes and will be added separately if needed.

How do payments work?

The standard payment structure is 50% to begin and 50% upon completion. For very large or complex projects, alternative arrangements can be made on an individual basis.

How long will my project take?

It depends on the complexity of the design, but the average timeline for most projects is approximately 3 weeks. Larger or highly detailed pieces may require additional time.

Do I get updates during the creation process?

You may receive updates if you’d like, or choose to wait for the final reveal. Either way, you’ll have open access to me throughout your project at no additional cost.

Can you work within my budget?

Yes. During the consultation, we can explore options to help your piece stay within your budget while still maintaining a luxury look and feel.

What if I change my mind after we start?

Small adjustments may be possible early in the process. Significant changes may require additional time or cost depending on progress.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. Completed pieces are carefully sealed, protected, and packaged, with clear instructions for long-term care.
