Voloura LLC (“Voloura,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides custom-designed and handcrafted products, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, hats, tumblers, and decorative pieces.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Custom Work & Project Approval

Many products offered by Voloura are custom-made.

• Production begins only after all required details, materials, approvals, and payments have been received.

• Standard project completion time is 3 weeks, unless otherwise communicated.

• Any requested changes after work begins may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

Voloura reserves the right to decline custom projects that include copyrighted or trademarked content that cannot legally be used.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in USD.

• Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise arranged.

• Prices for materials and custom work may change at any time before an order is placed.

• Sales tax will be collected where required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times for custom work average 3 weeks.
Shipping times vary by carrier and location and begin after production is complete.

Voloura is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect address information, weather-related issues, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns, Repairs & Exchanges

Because all items are handcrafted and made to customer specifications:

• All sales are final.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom products.

• Voloura does offer repair services for custom work at an hourly rate plus the cost of materials, when applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, videos, branding, logos, and website content are the property of Voloura LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, or distribute any Voloura content without prior written permission.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you provide images, design ideas, text, or other materials for a custom project:

• You affirm you have the legal right to use and submit those materials.

• You grant Voloura permission to use project photos or videos for portfolio, marketing, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voloura LLC is not responsible for:

• Damages resulting from misuse of products

• Losses related to shipping delays or carrier errors

• Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or product wear due to user handling

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voloura’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

Voloura collects only the information required to process orders and operate the website.
Customer information is never sold and is only shared with third parties when necessary to complete transactions (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers).

10. Website Availability & Modifications

We may update, suspend, or modify the website or services at any time without notice.
Voloura reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within the state of Missouri.
